A hole in my heart, dealing with loneliness.
What to do when you feel there is a hole in your heart? Life can be daunting when you are going through everyday feeling lonely waiting for someone to come into your life, the soulmate, the love of your life to fill the other half, to fill the hole inside your heart so that you can be happy and that the loneliness is over.
Often the greatest treasure lies right below the tip of our nose and we don't even know it. The thoughts of needing someone to make us feel complete simultaneously creates the false sense of loneliness, the old paradigm of codependency in a relationship make us fear of not receiving love because we are lead to believe that we need someone to make us feel loved and happy.

Go inwardly in a quiet meditation or a solitude walk in the nature, painting artwork, doing yoga to still the mind and gain the inner peace. This meditative state of mind can help us recognize the gap between the thoughts and the mind itself. Face the fear, acknowledge that feeling, recognize that your consciousness is observing those feelings so the feelings themselves are not you and choose to detach. Raise your consciousness and shift the mind to think of empowering thoughts. Happiness and love must first be remembered from within and radiate out to the universe to attract more love, the love that which we desire.
Ask your angels to help with guidance, raise your consciousness to connect with your higher-self and channel through. Listen to the angels whisper, the inner knowing that springs from your intuitive mind. The epiphany that shifts your thoughts to the brighter side... a higher perspective, to the love and light that you truly are at the core but you may have forgotten. Ask for a sign my dear beautiful soul friends. You are the love itself. You are complete. You are happy and you are never alone. Separation is only illusion. In truth, we are all interconnected, we are all one.
